I made some awesome meatloaf the other night. I've actually made it twice since finding the recipe. It was the best I've ever had.. flavorful, moist, perfectly cooked, with a few tweaks.
No need for me to post the recipe here when it's already HERE. Following the advice of some others here's what I changed:
Triple the amount of sauce. I also added my own tweak. Leave out the brown sugar and instead added Adam's Rib Rub. I added some to the meat as well as the sauce. Aside from those two tweaks, I thought the recipe was perfect.
Someone had suggested to first saute the onions in butter. This made absolutely no difference as the onions got tender when cooking anyway.
